1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the kg99 platform, including visitors, registered players, and anyone who accesses any part of kg99.live. By using kg99, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.

KG99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of kg99 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a kg99 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kg99 employee or contractor.
• You must not have previously had a kg99 account closed for breach of these Terms.

KG99 may request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified eligibility may be withheld pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one kg99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. KG99 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts found, forfeiting any bonus funds associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. KG99 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 4 Deposits & Payments

KG99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on kg99 are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your kg99 account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact kg99 support with your transaction reference number. KG99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. KG99 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and close the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on kg99 are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with kg99 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Before your first withdrawal, kg99 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and the platform from fraud.

Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding wagering requirement from an active bonus. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

KG99 offers a welcome bonus of 100% match up to ৳10,000 on your first deposit. This bonus is available to new players only and can be claimed once per account. To qualify, your first deposit must be a minimum of ৳1,000.

All bonuses on kg99 are subject to a 20x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must wager ৳100,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack contribute 10%.

Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Any unused bonus funds will expire after this period. 7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on kg99 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

KG99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology across all applicable game titles. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the fact. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stake returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kg99 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

KG99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

KG99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets during the suspension period. KG99 will aim to complete any investigation within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to you via the email address registered on your account.

You may request to close your kg99 account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10 Privacy & Data
